With combined experience of over 40 years, this team of professionals has gained a wealth of experience throughout the construction industry. From its inception in 1998, In-Laws Construction LLC has built a lengthy list of satisfied customers from projects including small and large industrial developments, multi-unit dwellings, single family homes and more.
A master craftsman, owner Roger Demanche Jr. has been recognized statewide as one of the largest contractors in the state (New Hampshire Business Review) and has been the Remodeler of the Year.
As a past President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hamphire (HBRANH). Roger was also active in the local association, Southern NH Home Builders and Remodelers Association (Southern), served on the state nominating committee for the HBRANH, was president of the local association (Southern) for two (2) years, served eight (8) years on the board, and had memberships on the first "President's Council", the Sales and Marketing Council, and Build Green NH Council.
